New Patients
Unlike most dental practices, the majority of your first visit will be with Dr. Burden. We will take a set of digital x-rays to evaluate your dental health, followed by a review of your medical and dental histories, a detailed dental examination and oral cancer screening. Dr. Burden will discuss all of the findings with you and help you decide what is the best treatment for your particular situation.
We value your time and will make every effort to see you promptly. We will be sending you a welcome packet via mail, but we also have the forms available (above) should you require them. If you have dental insurance, we will make every effort to verify your benefits at your first visit.
We ask that new patients try to arrive about 20 minutes before their appointment time so that we can process the new patient information form and other related documents without diminishing the time spent with Dr. Burden.
